This workshop builds on the concepts introduced in the first Workshop.
Knowledge of the following will maximize the benefits from this workshop:
the ability to recognize the milonga rhythm and feeling,
an understanding of the differences between a milonga walk and a tango walk,
be able to dance a simple Milonga, including full or partial "grapevine"
and change of front, and
understand "traspie" and its relationship to "double tempo".
The workshop will be followed

This class is designed for those who have taken the beginner series
(tango 101 and 102) or wish to deepen and/or review knowledge already
acquired. The following topics are covered: ochos, giros, molinette,
change of direction. Rather than concentrate on patterns, the emphasis
is on concepts and techniques needed for good social dancing. The
lessons also discuss improvisational skills.
